This single-cylinder air-cooled 2-stroke 110CC engine is made of aluminium which guarantees its high quality. Capacities Discharge Ignition (CDI) assembly provides easy start and powerful performance at low fuel cost. There is no need for rope pulling, the motor will start and become powerful. The latest high-compression slant head spark plug is for extra boost and throttle response. With a 2L fuel tank, you can ride longer distances at a time of fuel-filling. Our carburetor has an air-tight design to avoid upsetting the fuel-air ratio which can cause the engine to overheat, poor performance, or excess vibration. It also comes with a fuel filter to provide clean fuel, and a chrome chrome-plated exhaust muffler to expel exhaust. Also, zinc plated sprocket, heavy-duty 415 chains, and chain idler pulley included in this kit guarantee smooth rotation. Break in period for Motor – IMPORTANT

While each manufacturer might vary slightly in their break-in recommendations, they are generic for all new motors.

Please make sure to use premium 2ST motorcycle engine oil, not lawn mower oil.

For the first 500 to 1,000 miles (2 to 4 tanks of fuel), avoid using more than ¾ throttle.

Do not make hard stops, aggressive starts, or rapid acceleration when breaking in.

While breaking in your motor, increase your bike’s engine speed to the REV limit for short time periods.

2 Stroke mixing oil is very important and must be done right to the right ratio refer to the manual, we recommend 15:1 (370ml oil mixed with 5L fuel) for the first 3 tanks, and 25:1 after that.

2 stroke motors the oil must be flushed out after the first 3 tanks of fuel.

Never ride with unnecessarily high engine speeds. Shifting up a gear improves mileage, quiets the bike, and helps keep the environment.

Stop half-hour riding to cool down the engine
- The poorly broken-in motor will see mediocre gas mileage and lower performance or even make the piston seized. If the break-in method is not followed correctly, the engine will end up in a repair shop more often than the one who does.
