Troubleshooting - Pedal Assist Not Working

Check if the pedal assist level is set to 0. If it is, there will be no pedal assist. Simply press the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the pedal assist level.

Please disconnect the brakes and check if the issue is resolved.

Place the eBike upside down, pedal the bike, and check if the green LED on the pedal assist sensor lights up continuously. If it doesn't, there may be an issue with the pedal assist sensor.

If the green LED on the PAS lights up normally, check if there is an error code on the display. If there is, please refer to the troubleshooting guide for error codes.
