Troubleshooting - Throttle Doesn't work
In the default setting, the throttle only works when there is speed. Please accelerate the eBike then check if the throttle works.

Throttle not working and an Error Code is displayed:
If it's not a setting issue, please check if there's an error code on the display. Error 4 (on the YL80 display) and error 1 (on the LCD5 display) are often related to throttle issues. If you see an error code, inspect both the throttle and the 1 to 4 cable for visible damage or snapped pins in the connectors. If you've modified the throttle by changing the plastic grips to rubber ones, the hall sensor may have been damaged, and you might need to replace the throttle.
If there's a different error code or no error code it may not be related to the throttle. Please refer to the troubleshooting guide for error codes.
