Troubleshooting - Noise

Identify the source of the noise:

• Noise from brake: Adjust the brake and derailleur.

• Noise from spokes: Check if the spokes are loose. They need to be routinely tightened.

• Noise from motor: Disconnect the motor cable, lift the wheel, and check if it spins freely. If there is less noise and it spins freely on both sides, the issue could be with the planetary gear. If it doesn't spin freely, it may be a burnout motor, which usually comes with an error code and a noticeable smell.
