Troubleshooting - Motor Cable Damaged
If the motor cable is damaged, it could lead to motor burnout, a stuck wheel, reduced power, complete malfunction, or even cause the wheel to spin in reverse. We can replace just the motor cable, or you can choose to purchase the motor rim directly from us and replace it yourself.
Additionally, the controller could also be damaged. While it may work temporarily, it could damage the new motor over time. For long-term reliability, it's always recommended to replace both the motor and controller together.
